Each month, the newsletter featured seasonal products along with editorial content and recipes, plus information on lactose-free substitutions for every day ingredients. Products ranged from cottage cheese to milk and ice cream, and included seasonal products like eggnog. Work for the website included updating pages and designing specific landing pages for seasonal recipes and products.

The Lactaid website contained information about each product, and was updated regularly with new landing pages seasonal product features. Around the holidays, eggnog would be a particular feature, and at the start of the year, there would be a focus on more health-minded products like cottage cheese.
