Douglas Elliman is a luxury real estate company servicing homeowners and renters alike. Elliman marketing collateral and events can be seen from New York to California, and thanks to a partnership with Knight Frank, the Elliman name spans the globe. My work with Douglas Elliman included magazine and print and design advertising, website and email marketing, and event design. I created the look and feel for the first post-Covid in-person Elliman events, and managed social media campaigns including video animation and motion graphics. My design work not only enticed potential homeowners, but also helped recruit new sales agents to Douglas Elliman across the country.
Publication Design
Douglas Elliman advertises monthly in several publications, as well as publishing their own larger product Elliman Magazine on a quarterly basis. My designs for Homes & Estates (which published every 15 days) highlighted luxury properties and destinations in the New York area. On a larger scale, Elliman Magazine features properties from across the country, and in different areas of the world (thanks to a partnership with Knight Frank).









For Elliman agents with the most high-end properties, I worked one-on-one to design special brochures and print/digital marketing campaigns that targeted specific geographic areas.



















Digital & Print Advertising
Digital and print ads I created highlighted specific agents, listed properties in certain geographic zones, and enticed agents to sign contracts and move their business to Douglas Elliman.







Branding & Identity
I designed custom logos for sales agents and agent teams with the highest revenue in their regions. To make the logos seamless with the Elliman brand, each used a color from the Elliman palette, and was based strictly on typography, without an excess of supporting graphics.

Event Design
Elliman events included small in-person agent meet and greets, booths at trade shows, and larger region-wide company events that raised money for charity.

Social Media Marketing
Social media campaigns I designed included sales pitches to bring Elliman new listings, and recruiting social tiles that were used to bring new agents on board.


Animation
Animations I created were shared with the New York region, and displayed on billboards, banners and throughout the metropolitan area. The summer “We Know Long Island” campaign graphics included not just animated work, but also digital and print ads, as well as social media marketing.
