Sincerely Yours Events, a luxury wedding and event design firm, creates high-end candy and sweets tables for weddings and other corporate events through their sister company Sincerely Sweets. These tables generally include a mix of cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, cake pops, popcorn, chocolates and anything branded that suits the feel of the particular event.
Publication Design
Sincerely Sweets previously had no organized system or database for brides or other upscale corporate clients to choose what they wanted to feature at their sweets tables. Therefore, I created a comprehensive catalog and database system that included a variety of options from dozens of vendors.
For the project, I inventoried the stock of preferred sweets vendors, created a numeric data system and designed a layout that featured each candy, sweet or decorative good individually. I then created order forms and a catalog database sheet that follows the nomenclature in the book. The catalog features categories ranging from cupcakes, cake pops, marshmallows and cookies to cupcake wrappers, sweets boxes and ribbons.
Catalog List & Order Form
The Sweets Catalog has an accompanying catalog list and order form, containing company codes, product codes and pricing details. Anything featured in the book could easily be purchased directly from distributors.
